The staff at Heath Lodge are always so lovely and caring. From the reception team to the vets, I’m consistently treated with kindness and respect. Even after moving away from St Albans, I chose to stay with Heath Lodge because I truly trust their advice and care.

After several years at another vet’s trying to sort out our Frenchie’s eyes, one visit here made all the difference. The vet seemed to know what it was straight away, and after several weeks of prescribed ointment our Frenchie’s eyes are so much better. He’s also so much happier visiting here, instead of shaking and scared like he was at the other vets. We cannot thank Heath Lodge enough.

Good to come back again with new puppy after having no pets for 12 years. Been with the practice for best part of 60 years. Called in to check Puppy's slight limp. No hassles and quick assessment and advice. Thank you. Another visit for minor leg injury. Prompt appointment and friendly advice, with dog completely untraumatised. Thanks again. Check up today and anal glands expressed. All good. Friendly and helpful as ever.
