Just been to Creature Comforts in St Albans and I am so impressed. A truly great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. My dog is usually scared of vets but he had a great time eating the free treats and playing with a complimentary tennis ball! Our vet Rebecca Cato who we know from our previous vets is so kind and has always given our dog Jeffrey the best of care. Nothing is too much trouble. Previously helped him through bladder stones and was also fantastic with my 2 cats. They have a great £20 month payment plan. They have all the latest scanning equipment etc.. I like the fact that it is owned by vets and not a big corporation!

I moved to creature comforts in St Albans from another local practice and it’s the best decision I could have made. The first time visiting we met Roni who was so welcoming and friendly we then met Charlotte who showed me around the practice before our consultation. Since then one of my dogs has had an operation where I received updates and photos. I was really impressed with Charlotte and David this day it put my mind at ease. Another bonus to this company is there is an app which you can communicate with staff at your local practice during open hours without having to make phone calls. I will definitely recommend creature comforts to anyone looking for a vet.

We have been members since the clinic opened and could not be happier. We always receive a warm friendly welcome and they go above and beyond on every level of compassion and care. Every member of staff here is just fantastic, they are so knowledgeable and kind. The clinic is stunning and always immaculately clean. I find them very reasonably priced too. My dogs can’t contain their excitement, as soon as we hit Victoria street they drag me to the door, whether we have an appointment or not! I highly recommend! 💜

Lovely warm welcome. The staff are all so friendly. My old boy is 17, almost blind. Sadly in his twilight years. He was treated like a King. Lots of treats. So kind and caring. Also great establishment. Seriously you’d think it was a Spa. Clean, bright, spacious, very comfortable. Overall 10/10. I’ve joined as a pay monthly member. Fantastic deal. Jabs/consultations included. I honestly can’t say enough about how welcome I felt and how kind they all were to my Mitch. Highly recommend Creature Comforts, Putney 🥰 🐕 🐶💓

Today we took Flossie and Lilah our Weimeraner’s for their first consultation with Charlotte at Creature Comforts. The attention to detail within the practice and from all the staff was fantastic from start to finish. The time with Charlotte the Vet was relaxed, not rushed, I felt she listened to all my concerns and was thorough in her examination of the dogs. Flossie had to stay for a procedure and the whole team were so supportive in ensuring she was well looked after and kept me informed during the afternoon. I would highly recommend Creature comforts. Flossie still hasn’t given up her free ball and loved the treats!!
